What material is Re-Forge jewellery made from?

All Re-Forge pieces are made from 316L medical-grade stainless steel — the same alloy used in surgical instruments and deep-sea equipment. It's hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and built for daily wear.

Is Re-Forge jewellery waterproof?

Yes. Standard pieces in 316L stainless steel are fully waterproof — wear them in the shower, gym, or sea without issue. Pieces with pearls or leather have specific care instructions noted on the product page.

Will it tarnish or change colour?

No. 316L stainless steel doesn't tarnish, rust, or fade. Each piece is also finished with a fade-resistant coating, designed to outlast trends and weather alike.

Is Re-Forge jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. 316L medical-grade stainless steel is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. It's the same material used in surgical instruments and body implants.

Re-Forge ships across Australia (free) and to 26 international destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, and more. International shipping is $14.50 AUD with delivery in 6-15 business days.

How long does Australian delivery take?

All orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Mon-Fri) are dispatched same-day. Australian Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. Express delivery is available for $9.95 AUD with 1-3 business day delivery.

Do you accept Afterpay?

Yes. Re-Forge accepts Afterpay, along with credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused with original packaging and tags. Earrings, customised items, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Email contact@re-forge.store to start a return.

How should I care for my Re-Forge piece?

For most pieces — wipe clean with a soft cloth and store in the included pouch when not worn. No special cleaning required. Pieces with pearls or leather should avoid prolonged water contact.

Does Re-Forge offer a warranty?

Yes. All Re-Forge pieces come with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty covering structural defects, material defects, manufacturing flaws, and coating defects. We respond to warranty claims within 2 business days.

Where is Re-Forge based?

Re-Forge is based in Melbourne, Australia. All pieces are hand-assembled in small batches. Customer support is available Monday-Friday, 11AM-6PM AEST.
