30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
At Re-Forge, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30-days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@re-forge.store or log in to your account to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and certificates.

  3. Ship It Back: Send the item to the address provided in your return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement.
