1-YEAR WARRANTY

Every Re-Forge piece is backed for a full year.

We stand behind everything we make. Each piece comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Structural defects — broken links, clasps, or fasteners
Material defects — unusual tarnishing or stone loosening
Manufacturing flaws — soldering issues, engraving errors
Coating defects — premature wear of the fade-resistant finish

－ What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
Lost stones from impact or rough handling
Intentional damage or alterations
Items purchased from unauthorised sellers

How to Make a Claim

Email contact@re-forge.store with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Ship the item back to us — we'll provide a prepaid label if applicable.

04

We'll repair or replace it within 3–5 business days of receipt.
