05 Changes & Problems
Change of address
Email us at contact@re-forge.store as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped we cannot change where it goes.
Damaged or defective
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement.
Cancelling an order
Email us before dispatch and we will refund in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled — return it under the 30-day policy instead.
